**this is insane!! Bringing Memphis BBQ to Texas??? They are asking for it-ha! If my Aussie friend Phillip is reading this, you are going to have to check this out. Phillip tries to see how much BBQ he can eat during SXSW every year. He usually does quite well for himself....we love ya Phillip. And I am going to be anxiously awaiting your review on this Memphis BBQ.
